Thank you for your interest in working with the Home Rentals Team! Below you will find a step-by-step guide outlining everything you need to know to apply for a rental home through us. Pease follow the steps to ensure a smooth process.

Before Applying

Be sure to have your documents on-hand before applying. 

Application Minimum Requirements

Please review minimum requirements for the program. 

Income Verification

Please review income documents and have them ready before applying. 

Application Requirements

5-6 weeks from approval is the typical timeframe to move into your new rental home.
  • Min. income: $50,000 (or ability to pay 12 mo. in full)

  • Min. credit score: 620 (soft credit check)

  • Pets: 3 pets, all breeds unless HOA restrictions

  • History: No evictions in the last 7 years

  • Timeline: typically 5-6 weeks from initial approval for move in eta

Be sure to have your documents on-hand before applying. 

Home Partners considers the credit, background, and income of all full time household members +18 years of age and older who are on the initial application.

  • Most recent W-2 (or tax returns if self-employed)

  • Two most recent paystubs (for all applicants)

Potential residents are  approved 3-5 days after you pay the application fee and submit income documents. As soon as you are approved, we will send you the most updated list of available homes and schedule showings with a licensed agent.
