Application Requirements
5-6 weeks from approval is the typical timeframe to move into your new rental home.

Min. income: $50,000 (or ability to pay 12 mo. in full)

Min. credit score: 620 (soft credit check)

Pets: 3 pets, all breeds unless HOA restrictions

History: No evictions in the last 7 years

Home Partners considers the credit, background, and income of all full time household members +18 years of age and older who are on the initial application.

Two most recent paystubs (for all applicants)
Potential residents are approved 3-5 days after you pay the application fee and submit income documents. As soon as you are approved, we will send you the most updated list of available homes and schedule showings with a licensed agent.
